cause love knows life
has been hard enough already
Puja before the ceremony by the groom’s parents
仪式开始前新郎父母的祈福
The first part of the ceremony -
We wore yellow dresses and also
received yellow Haldi as a means
to bring prosperity to us
to start off our new life together.
仪式第一部分 –
接受教士和众人的Haldi祝福
（主要成分是姜黄粉），
因为人们认为姜黄粉的黄色
可以给我们带来繁荣，
并助力开始我们的新生活。
The second part of the ceremony –
We exchanged Mala (flowers),
representing the happiness
and excitement of
our marital union to come.
仪式第二部分 –
我们互换鲜花，
象征我们婚后的
幸福和快乐。
The third part of the ceremony –
We walked ‘7 rounds’
by taking god as a witness
to our marriage,
which means we vow
to be together in the 7 lives.
仪式第三部分 –
我们在神的见证下走7圈，
象征七生七世都会在一起，
并接受众人的祝福。
The final part of the ceremony –
We stood on the stage
and received gifts
from friends and relatives.
仪式最后部分 –
在舞台接受众人的礼物，
之后便一起合照。
